The user credentials are not passed through.
The NetMan (Desktop) Client is distributed on Windows PCs and programs are to be started via NetMan shortcuts. NetMan is configured to use single sign on. However, on starting a session, the user is shown the NetMan login box.
The event viewer shows "GetCredentials failed for 'Benutzername', ErrCode: 2".
Reason: The NetMan (Desktop) Client has been installed, but the user has not logged in again meanwhile.
Background: The user credentials are stored encrypted after login in the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H+H Software GmbH\UserData (and are also deleted after logging off). Only the SYSTEM account has access on this key. The user has to log off and log in after installing the Client as the Client has to store the user credentials.
If this does not solve the problem, please check whether the RDP-Tcp Properties -> Log on Settings do not have set "Always prompt for password".
